Context

Growth Operator is a practical operating system for small teams that need growth to become less mysterious and more repeatable. It applies the same systems lens behind Trilogy Garage Phase 1 and Home OS to business development: define the offer, organize the pipeline, set the cadence, and make decisions from visible signals instead of scattered instinct.

Problem

Many founder-led teams have the ingredients for growth but not the operating rhythm. Positioning lives in notes, campaigns restart from scratch, follow-up depends on memory, and performance reviews happen after the window for action has passed. The result is not only missed revenue; it is decision fatigue and unclear ownership.

Your Role

  • Led product strategy and operating-model design
  • Defined offer, audience, pipeline, content, experiment, and reporting layers
  • Designed dashboard patterns for weekly reviews and next-action clarity
  • Mapped automation opportunities for follow-up cadence, task routing, and campaign readiness

Approach

I structured Growth Operator around one question: what does the team need to know this week to move revenue forward? The model connects offer architecture, audience segments, acquisition channels, content production, sales pipeline stages, and experiment outcomes so every action has a place in the system.

The interface emphasizes decision quality over data volume. It surfaces pipeline health, campaign readiness, bottlenecks, follow-up risk, and experiment learning in a weekly operating rhythm that a small team can actually maintain.

Outcome

Prototype. Core architecture is defined across growth planning, pipeline visibility, content cadence, experiment tracking, and weekly decision reviews. Next milestone: validate with service-business workflows, then extend into CRM integrations, automated brief generation, and lightweight performance reporting.
