Problem
Photography businesses often present strong visuals but underperform operationally. Inquiry pathways are unclear, project scoping is inconsistent, and delivery systems are not aligned with the premium quality of the work.
Audience
Primary users are brand and marketing teams commissioning portrait, product, environment, and campaign photography with high expectations for quality and reliability.
Secondary users include creative directors and producers who need faster decision-making around style fit, scope, and production readiness.
Leadership Objective
Build a unified platform where portfolio storytelling, business development, and delivery operations reinforce each other at every stage of the client journey.
Approach
I positioned CRH.Photography as a client-experience system, not just a gallery.
The strategy focuses on three layers:
- editorial positioning: structure the portfolio as narrative proof, not a flat image archive
- conversion clarity: design inquiry and scoping flows that reduce friction and improve fit
- delivery reliability: establish production and handoff standards that protect quality and trust
System
1) Portfolio Narrative Layer
Work is organized into curated stories with context, intent, and outcome framing so buyers can evaluate capability quickly.
2) Inquiry + Qualification Layer
A structured contact flow captures project scope, timeline, and use-case signals to improve response quality and reduce mismatched opportunities.
3) Production Workflow Layer
Pre-production planning, shot-list logic, and client communication checkpoints create a repeatable execution rhythm across different project types.
4) Delivery + Asset Layer
Final assets are packaged with clear usage guidance, file standards, and retrieval logic to improve handoff experience and long-term usability.
